Napak Residents Asked to Embrace Kitchen Gardening to Fight Hunger crop failures 2 1

Abraham Nangiro, the Napak District Agricultural Officer, says that the communities should consider starting up kitchen gardens for vegetables to improve food security instead of sitting to wait for relief support. However the district officials have advised the residents to make the best use of the available water sources such as boreholes to grow vegetables in order to rescue the hunger situation and avert malnutrition.
