In his judgment read by Tumwebaze Ayebare, the Soroti High Court Deputy Registrar, Justice David Wangutusi noted that when parliament amended the constitution in 2005, Commissioners who draw salaries from the consolidated fund were included among those who ought to resign before they seek political office.
The eviction comes a day after an ultimatum issued by Kampala City Traders Association KACITA to rid the streets of vending activities elapsed.
