ESC Validation Exercise Unearths More Fraud in Teacher Recruitment ghosts 3

So far the exercise that has covered Northeastern, Eastern and parts of Central Uganda shows that over 400 teachers in government aided secondary schools accessed government payroll illegally. In the northeastern, 302 cases of fraudulent access to payroll has been registered while parts of central where the validation exercise has taken place, 165 cases have been reported.
