According to the Parliamentary directory, Nabbanja studied from St Edward SS Bukuumi for both Ordinary and Advanced level and attained a Diploma in Democracy and Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi in 1998. She attained a Bachelor's Degree in the same field in 2010 before returning to Nkozi later for a Masters' Degree in Democracy and Development Studies.

Alupo is a retired Major of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF). The development comes after the President okayed sports to remain operating even after closing some of other sectors in a bid to control the spread of the new COVID19 wave.
While daily COVID-19 positive cases had fallen to the lows of less than ten cases each day in early March and COVID-19 treatment centres closed, the daily case reports recently went up to the highs of more than a thousand cases on some days.
As of yesterday, a total of 774,818 doses of the 964,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines that were received in March had been administered, amongst Ugandans across the country. The remaining doses, expected to be about 146,000 are estimated to be stored at different local government storage units awaiting use.
“And the NRM is very strict on that. Even when mistakes occur, we follow them up. Like for instance during these elections which Bishop Ssemogerere talked about, there were mistakes. The Opposition made mistakes by being violent, by intimidating, attacking people because they are putting on yellow,” said Museveni.
A senior two student of Ndejje Senior Secondary school told URN on condition of anonymity with permission from his parent that there was no social distancing as learners studied and slept just like any other normal school days.
