The District Health Officer-DHO Dr Christopher Kiyita attributes the shortage to an increase in the uptake among the population and the surge in the number of covid-19 cases.
The accident occurred when a numberless armoured UPDF vehicle alias Nyoka lost control and overturned at Dumba cell in Bundibugyo town council along Fort Portal-Bundibugyo road.
