The suspect, whose name has been withheld by police, was picked up from unnamed clinic in Kira Municipality where he had been rushed by his colleagues for treatment for a dog bite.
The deceaseds wife, Dora Asio Rwego, an accountant at Uganda National Farmers Federation told police that there were three assailants. She explains that after finding their way inside the house, the assailants attacked her husband before stabbing him several times.
