Stanley Kakooza, a resident of Wakiso town council agrees with Bukenya arguing that a number of civil servants at the district are known for indecent dressing.
Bwanika says Wakiso district officials are looked at as corrupt because of investigations by different government institutions including the Justice Catherine Bamugemereire Commission and the newly created state house anti-corruption unit into the affairs of the zonal land offices.
