Alfred Alexis Abonga, the Kitgum Municipal Council Engineer says that they had initially submitted to the Lands Ministry 17.54 kilometres road to be constructed but priorities were made only for four Kilometres in the first phase.
The Aswa River Region Police Spokesperson Jimmy Patrick Okema says that two suspects were arrested at Kitgum Technical Institute Play Grounds in Kitgum Municipality on Thursday while two others were arrested on Wednesday from Omoro District.
