Alex Rukaari reportedly fell off a balcony at Sabbs Bar Restaurant along Bananuka Drive in Mbararas central business district on Sunday morning. He died in the evening at Mbarara referral Hospital where he had been rushed for treatment.
Residents are accusing the corporation of failing to maintain constant flow of water over the last six months and offering no explanation for the shortfall.
