While one group, led by one Harriet Nakazibwe, is pushing to seek redress from the court of appeal, another group of 46 people has withdrawn from the case citing misleading, politicization of the matter and lack of trust in the court system. A section of other residents is pushing for compensation.
The residents have signed a petition with a litany of accusations against Nsamba. He is accused of among others being involved in land wrangles, forging land agreements, connivance with land grabbers and damaging the, property of residents, food crops and planning illegal arrests of residents for his selfish interests.
Mbabazi, who is in Charge of Kasangati Town Council and Nansana and Makindye Sabago Municipalities, notes that the con men defraud unsuspecting members of the public at the court with promises of helping to expedite their cases.
