Geoffrey Nuwagaba, 52, the LC I chairperson of Kakuuto II in Muziza Parish, Ishogororo Sub County was arrested on Saturday together with Gashom Baheebwa, the manager of the farm belonging to Kellen Namanya in Mbogo cell in Kazo district, Richard Natukunda and Lawrence Tukakira Komboozi, both residents of Kakuuto cell and Moses Tumwine, a resident of Rugazi cell.
