On Thursday, Melichiudes Kazwengye, the Ibanda LC V chairperson tabled a motion before the district seeking approval to allocated a plot of 150 by 150 feet to NWSC for the establishment of offices and a service center to cater for Ibanda, Kamwenge and Kiruhura district.
