MP Kasolo and RDC Kaboyo ordered Police to impound the Tanzanian registered truck number T989 825 with the rice. They ordered Emmanuel Kabala, the officer-in-charge of Minziiro Police post not to release the goods until URA clears it. But when URA to rushed to Minziiro to investigate the seized rice, they were shocked to find the rice and the truck had been released without URA clearance.
