Low Agricultural Output Slows Down Uganda's Growth - BoU economic growth 3

Lower consumer demand led to lower than expected economic growth in the first quarter of the financial year 2013/14. Pope Francis has appointed the Bishop of Soroti, Rt. Rev. Emmanuel Obbo, as the new Archbishop of Tororo Archdiocese. Archbishop Obbo, 61, is to replace His Grace Joseph Kiwanuka Lote whose retirement has been accepted by the Pope upon reaching the age of 75.
