A group of supporters of the Forum for Democratic Change – FDC party loyal to Budadiri West MP Nathan Nandala Mafabi have announced a breakaway from FDC and plan to form a new political party. The director of Gulu referral hospital has appealed to the government and donors to help in establishing a special needs education centre for children with nodding syndrome.
