Odoki Case To Be Decided On Monday

The Constitutional Court has set Monday July 28 to determine the fate of retired Chief Justice Benjamin Odoki on whether he bounces back into office or not. The petition arose in July last year when President Museveni in wrote to the chairman of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), Justice James Ogoola, directing that Odoki be given a two-year contract in order to maximize the services of the country’s human resource.

Stolen Medical Equipment Found Hidden in Mortuary 3

Kitgum district security committee has recovered several medical equipment, medicines and medical supplies hidden in a heap of Medical garbage in a mortuary in Namokora Health centre IV. They include a testoscope, five first aid boxes stuffed with an ultrasound machine, forceps and rolls of delivery sponge. It also had bundles of death and birth registration forms, a neonatal weighing scale, unused flip charts and other diagnostic tools.
