The Constitutional Court has set Monday July 28 to determine the fate of retired Chief Justice Benjamin Odoki on whether he bounces back into office or not. The petition arose in July last year when President Museveni in wrote to the chairman of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), Justice James Ogoola, directing that Odoki be given a two-year contract in order to maximize the services of the countryâ€™s human resource.
