Police at Katovu in Lwengo district are holding a woman who poured hot water on her 11 year old step son on Sunday. The incident occurred on Sunday night at Kitesa Village, Malongo Sub County in Lwengo district. Zaituni Nampijja (20) poured the hot water on Ashraf Ssenoga (11) after ordering the boy to his bed.
