Peter Dibele, the Arua Resident District Commissioner who is also the chairperson of the district security committee has backed the DPC. Dibele has warned parents not to allow their children to wander into the Golf course and other insecure places.
A Police officer told URN on condition of anonymity that the fire tender was recalled to the Police Headquarters in Kampala to bridge the gaps in Kampala in case of a fire outbreak. The officer says that they were told to ask for the truck in case of any emergence in the region.
