Margret Longora, an elder from Lokileeth village in Tapac Sub County says the campaign against FGM has helped to reduce on early marriages. The elder notes that while her agemates suffered with pain to look after families after being forced to marry at an early age, empowered girls now have a voice to remain at school. She appeals to government to continue with the fight against FGM to protect the Tepeth women.
