Samuel Kusemererwa, an LCI chairman for Kibede village said the deceased was shot at by a security operative in UPDF uniform at Kibede trading centre where the traffic personnel have mounted a road block to enforce the inter-travel movement ban between Kabarole and Bunyangabu District. He said the UPDF soldier has not yet been identified.
