In the new appointments, Benson Kule Baritazale has been named the new Prime Minister of Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, replacing Joseph Kule Muranga, who is reportedly unwell. Baritazale previously served as the Deputy Prime Minister.
The Rwenzururu King (Omusinga), Charles Wesley Mumbere Iremangoma, has made a mini reshuffle in his kingdom’s cabinet. The changes were announced on Easter Sunday during a cabinet meeting held at the King’s residence in Kamaiba, Central Division of Kasese Municipality.

King Mumbere also appointed Patrick Baluku Muhesi as the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Planning, and Development. Juliet Best Bakoko was named Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Gender, Rehabilitation, and Disability Affairs.

The Omusinga thanked Joseph Kule Muranga for his dedicated service to the kingdom, especially during the challenging period when he was imprisoned.
Basaija is a graduate of Uganda Christian University (UCU-Mukono) holding a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication.
He is a currently pursuing a fellowship in Gender Communications at Aga Khan University Graduate School of Media and Communications Nairobi, Kenya and expected to graduate in 2025.
He also boosts of numerous training's in the journalism arena.
Before joining URN, he had served as documentation support personnel, radio presenter and a news editor.
