Julius Hakiza, the Albertine Region Police spokesperson, says the suspect says the suspect will appear in court on charges of aggravated defilement contrary to section 129 (3) and (4) (c) of the Penal Code act.
Police in Masindi are
holding a 25-year-old man accused of defiling three children aged between 2 and
4 years.
The suspect, who has only been identified as Aleka, is said to have
raped the three minors in his house in Kibamba trading center in Pakanyi Sub
County on Sunday.
The minors were rescued by some residents who heard them screaming for help.
Aleka fled
into hiding but was tracked down and apprehended by residents who thumped him
in coma. He was rescued by police and taken to Masindi Central Police Station.

Aggravated defilement attracts the maximum penalty of death upon successful conviction.

the incident and cautioned patients to keep a keen eye on their children.
