Another Woman Stabs Husband to Death in Kapchorwa

The Sipi Region Police Spokesperson, Fred Mark Chesang confirmed the incident, saying Doreen is locked up at Kapchorwa Central Police Station. He says the suspect stabbed the deceased with a knife severally accusing him of infidelity and abandoning his family.

Another woman has stabbed her husband to death in Kapchorwa, bringing to two the number of men killed in a similar in a week’s span. The latest victim is Tito Mwogo, a resident of Kaibet Village, in Kaptanya Sub County in Kapchorwa District.  

He was reportedly stabbed by his wife only identified as Doreen on Wednesday night. His lifeless body was found lying in a pool of blood in his house this morning. The Sipi Region Police Spokesperson, Fred Mark Chesang confirmed the incident, saying Doreen is locked up at Kapchorwa Central Police Station.  

He says the suspect stabbed the deceased with a knife severally accusing him of infidelity and abandoning his family. He says the suspect will be charged with murder when their investigations are complete

Last week, another woman allegedly hacked her boyfriend identified as Sam Kibet to death for allegedly refusing to marry her.  In a related development, Kween police are hunting for two brothers accused of killing a 70-year old man.  

The two brothers reportedly thumbed William Kapkwobeyo, a resident of Kapherondoi village, Terenboi parish in Kitawoi sub-County in Kween District to death for allegedly inheriting their mother, Yunis Chenandat.    

The Sipi Region Police Spokesperson, Fred Mark Chesang identified the suspects as Robbin Kipsang and Amos. According to Chesang, preliminary police investigations indicate that the suspects were displeased when the deceased inherited their mother.
