The Arua district Army Veterans Emyooga SACCO chairperson has been

Samuel Abiyo’s arrest follows reports by some members of the SACCO
that in June he had fled to the Democratic Republic of Congo-DRC.

the money after he told the signatories to sign a blank Cheque.
Festus Ayikobua Resident District Commissioner Arua and a team of

his house was searched, 20 Million Shillings was found hidden in the house.
Ayikobua says that they have given Abiyo one week to recover the
9.5 million lest they sell off his house in Vurra to recover the money.
