Draville, 28, alias Allano has been stabbed to death by unknown assailants in
Kireka a Kampala city suburb.
The deceased's ody was found lying in his studio
known as Volume 24 Records.The studio is located in Kireka-Kamuli C zone behind the Umea mosque
in Kira Municipality of Wakiso District by the neighbors on Friday morning.
The neighbors told Police that the
deceased had spent the night in the studio producing music for some artistes, which raises suspicion that the assailants came in disguised as artistes having
music they wanted him to produce, but later turned against him in the wee hours.
A team of Police detectives led by Geoffrey Katongole the officer in charge Kireka police
station, visited the scene with police sniffer dogs, but they were unable to do much since the scene was tempered with by the curious crowds.

"They took advantage of a sound proofed studio to kill him in silence, that’s
why no one heard anything despite the fighting, but they took some instruments in the studio, money and other things including computers," said Rashid.

Owoyesigyire said they have recovered some exhibits at the scene including two
sharp knives that were used as the hunt for the killers continues.
