John Amuram Wagabyalile, the elected cultural leader of Masaba cultural institution today officially endorsed the tournament for clans (Bikuka) football and Netball.
The Bikuka football and Netball tournaments are set to start on November 5th

Amuram Wagabyalile, the elected cultural leader of Masaba cultural institution today officially endorsed the tournament for clans (Bikuka) football and Netball.
During the function at the Masaba cultural institution head offices
located at Malukhu in Mbale city, Wagabyalile says that these matches were put
in place to unite all 26 clans in Bugisu land.
He
adds that these matches are there every year with the best teams
getting a trophy and a bull as a reward.
He
urged Bamasaba to support these matches which will officially start on November 5th and end in December this year.

Weponde, the Prime minister of the Masaba cultural institution also says that the
institution has also donated two footballs Netball balls to each clan to use during training and matches. Wepondi
urged Bamasaba to stop conflicts and show solidarity during these matches .

Wakalanga, the chairperson of Lutsekhe clan chairperson expressed his happiness
with these matches saying this will help to unite Bamasaba.
