Police in Nakaseke District are investigating the murder of a
bodaboda cyclist.
The victim, identified as 28-year-old Jjuuko Adam, was a
resident of Kalule village in Nyimbwa Sub-County, Luwero District. He was operating from Kalule stage in Kalule Trading Center along the Kampala-Gulu highway.
According to Sam Twiineamazima, the Savannah Region Police Spokesperson, the incident occurred on Wednesday around 6 pm. He says that Jjuko picked up a passenger who requested a ride to
Nakaseke District.

Fellow bodaboda riders found Adam shortly after the attack and
rushed him to Bombo Military Hospital for treatment, where he died.

Attacks on motorcyclists are common in the Savannah region which includes; Luwero, Nakaseke and Nakasongola
Districts.
Last month unknown people in Nakasongola killed a resident Juuko Godfrey and stole his motorcycle. The incident occurred along
Sangira-Kibira Road in Nakasongola Town Council.
