Rhino-camp market in Arua district has been left to waste away.
In October 2007, the Uganda Government released 3.2 billion shillings to upgrade four markets in Arua district including Rhino Camp. The others are Kubala, Nyadri and Ejupala.
Four years ago, vendors abandoned the newly refurbished market found in Rhino-camp trading centre in Rhino-Camp Sub County citing high market dues and vehicle parking fees.
