Busoga United FC is struggling to keep its momentum in Uganda premier league favourites after losing 3-1 to BUL FC during their home game played at the Njeru based FUFA technical center on Tuesday evening.

Last week, Busoga United lost 3-0 to newly-promoted UPDF FC. The club's assistant head coach, Hassan Zungu told journalists that there is room for improvement.

"We lost 3-0 last week but our side has managed to at least score a goal in today's match, therefore, we have resolved to work on these few mistakes and target better results in the course of the season," he said.

BUL FC's assistant coach, Dan Mubiru hailed his side for the consistency exhibited in the first two games of the season, arguing that they won decisively after their two all draw in their first game against SC Villa on Friday last week. Mubiru adds that their target is to earn this year's UPL title
