in Kasese district is grappling with obsolete equipment. The affected equipment includes dental tools, wheelchairs, sterilizers, a microscope, and a theater table among others.

with the growing population of patients, most times the facility runs out of
medicines forcing patients to buy from private clinics. He also noted that the
facility lacks an ambulance mainly to handle referral cases since the old one
burnt down in May last year.

The State Minister for ICT and National Guidance,Godfrey Kabyanga acknowledged the challenges and promised to alert the relevant Ministry to
see that all obsolete equipment is replaced.
