According to Matthew Oyoku, the coordinator
for the Arua City COVID-19 home based care, the demand for cards has increased after
Universities allegedly told their students that they will be required to present their
vaccination cards once they reopen on November 1st.
He says the increased demand is
the one fueling the sale of COVID-19 vaccination cards adding that he has received
calls from members of the public asking for cards.

health workers to sell them vaccination cards.
