Hundreds of Ugandans Wednesday morning flocked the Makindye Magistrate Court protesting the trial of the police boss Inspector General Gen. Kale Kayihura.
Gen. Kayihura was expected to appear before court to answer criminal charges of police brutality a case that was filed by more than 20 lawyers who are members of the Network for Public Interest Lawyers (NETPIL).
The police officers eventually did not appear and the case was adjourned.
