Soroti Resident District Commissioner Filbert Ochailap, early this week ordered for the arrest of Ruth Achimo, the University secretary, accusing her of masterminding the forceful eviction that resulted in the mass destruction of property. It's alleged that Achimo hired and paid court bailiffs from Mbale to evict sitting tenants without the notice of other top University officials.

Odongo however says police is yet to summon Achimo.
