Richard Tekoma, a resident of Lakang says over thirty vehicles and several motorcycles were stuck on both sides of the road.

Tekoma says the vehicles were loaded with merchandises destined to Otwee Trading Centre in Otwee Town Council.

William Opiro a businessman from Lakang was going to Pabbo Town Council to purchase goods was stranded along the road for several hours.

Other victims include Santa Akello who was travelling from Lakang to Bweyale in Masindi district but was forced to cancel her trip due to the heavy downpour.
