The incident has puzzled staff and pupils of Yole primary school where the
victim has been attending school. Moses Maku, a resident and elder in Katrini Sub County, says such acts
are not only degrading morality in society but are an indication of a doomed
society.
“Acts like this one have never been in our society and for us to begin
witnessing a father defiling his own daughter is an indication of a rotting
society, which must be condemned in the strongest manner possible,” said
Maku.
