Independent presidential candidate, John Katumba skipped
Pader town on Saturday where voters were expecting him to address them.
Katumba
told our reporter that he preferred giving priority to Lamwo district, which is
further given the limited campaign time.
He promised to make a stopover in Pader if he returns from
Lamwo early enough and address residents along Kitgum – Gulu road.

According to Katumba’s campaign schedule, he wassupposed
to campaign in Gulu, Pader and Lamwo districts on November 14th,
2020.
Katumba is the youngest of the 11 presidential candidates at only 24
years of age.
