The charges stem from crowds that gathered in Kalangala on Wednesday, to meet Kyagulanyi, during his campaigns in the islands. Kyagulanyi was airlifted from the Islands to Kololo airstrip in Kampala and eventually to his home in Magere, Wakiso district.

Nakayinda, who was standing alongside the other accused persons lost consciousness and collapsed in the dock.
