A thunderbolt has claimed
the life of a 25-year-old man in Buliisa. The deceased has been
identified as Francis Businge, a resident of Tangala village Bubwe Parish in Biiso
Sub-county. He was killed around 3 am on Thursday.

Rogers Tibenda, a neighbor
says they were shocked when they discovered Businge lying dead in his house
after the lightning bolt strike. Police have handed over the deceased's body to Biiso health center IV mortuary pending a postmortem.
In July this year,
a thunderbolt claimed the life of a 13-year-old boy
and critically injured five others in Buliisa. The deceased was identified as Howard Okello, a son of Peter Okecha, the LC III Chairperson of
Biiso town council. The incident happened at
around 5:30 pm as the children were playing during a heavy downpour.
