Resident District Commissioner, Catherine Kamwiine has halted the construction
of Lyakajula Health Center III over poor quality construction materials.
She issued the
directive during the launch of the construction works on Saturday after
discovering that the quality of bricks delivered for the works was wanting.

Construction Company blames the poor quality bricks on the suppliers, saying he
has already ordered for bricks from a different supplier.
says by Wednesday construction works will have kicked off because the new
supplier has assured him that he will deliver materials on time.
