Bosco Ojok, a resident of Agago District was found guilty of murdering his nine-year-old
niece Rebecca Akongo on July 21st, 2017.

illness, while other four children got deformities.
Omiya, the Gulu Resident State Attorney asked court give Ojok a death sentence
for the murder he committed and life sentence for attempted murder for the six survivors.
however, pleaded for a lenient sentence since he is suffering from pressure and
also adds that he has to take care of his 13 children and his wives who among
them are a disabled.
