Walter Okello, a businessman in Wol Town Council, Agago District who battered a 15-year-old boy has been remanded to prison.

Okello was arrested on Wednesday after smashing eight fingers of Patrick Okello, a resident of Otingowiye village in Ogole Parish.

The minor had reportedly entered the shop on Tuesday to buy an exercise book but ended up being apprehended while leaving the shop when he didn’t find any shop attendant.
