Sports Minister Charles Bakkabulindi and Uganda’s Ambassador to Morocco, Moses Kiwe Ssebunya have today officially welcomed the Cranes team to Marrakech, Morocco.
The Cranes take on Senegal’s Lions of Teranga on Saturday night in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers.
Ambassador Ssebunya checked on the team at the Le Meridien N’Fis Hotel in the centre of Marrakech and said he was there to cheer the Cranes as they overrun Senegal.
With two Embassy staff, the Ambassador also waited for the team on arrival by bus last night. He said the Lions of Teranga will have no chance.

Bakkabulindi on his part said the government has tried to invest money in the Cranes preparations, adding that the team has had thorough preparations ahead of the clash.
