The accident occurred at Oderai village in Soroti town on Wednesday evening following a head-on collusion involving a Fuso truck registration number UAW 137N and Tipper Lorry number UAL 421N.

The deceased has been identified as Sam Okabe, the Driver of the Fuso truck. He died at Soroti Regional Referral Hospital this morning where he was rushed with serious injuries following the accident.
