St Jude Children`s Home is currently home to eighty
most vulnerable children drawn from across Northern Uganda.
It has kept over
3000 children since establishment in 1987.
The children include those with physical disability,
those abandoned by their parents as young as one day old and others who are HIV positive.
all it also provides education, spiritual upbringing and health services to the
children. It sits on about 100 acres of land located in St Jude
Parish in Bardege Division Gulu Municipality.

Josephine Ogwetta, the Centre`s Deputy Director says

adopted by foster parents.

Ogwetta told URN on Saturday that the Centre is
surviving on donations from well-wishers, Non-Government Organizations and its
farm located in Koch Amar in Koch Goma Sub County Nwoya district.
