Parliament on Monday afternoon paid tribute to the late Dokolo Woman MP, Cecilia Ogwal who succumbed
to cancer on Thursday last week. The special sitting
chaired by Speaker of Parliament, Anita Among was attended by Chief Justice, Alfonse
Owiny-Dollo, Vice President Jessica Alupo, former Vice President Edward
Kiwanuka Ssekandi, and several former Members of Parliament.
