The vetting of newly appointed Ministers on Wednesday entered day three with the approval of more appointments made by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

The appointees appeared before the Appointments Committee of parliament Chaired by the Deputy Speaker Anita Among to present their academic documents and defend their positions.

Some of those that interfaced with the committee are the Minister of Works and Transport Gen. Katumba Wamala, Jennifer Kacha Namuyangu, the Minister of State for Bunyoro Affairs, Bright Rwamirama, the Minister of State for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, Hellen Adoa, the Minister of State for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (Fisheries), Jackson Kafuuzi, the Deputy Attorney General and others.

The others are Jacob Oboth Markson, the Minister of State for Defence and Veteran Affairs (Defence), Minister of State for Education and Sports in charge of Higher Education, Dr. John Chrysostom Muyingo, Minister of State for East African Affairs, Magode Ikuya, Minister of State for Teso Affairs, Dr. Ongalo Obote and others.
