Jetrina Rukanyamwanda, the deceaseds wife, says they left Kigali two years ago to look for casual jobs in Uganda where they have served in many parts of the country.
Unidentified assailants have killed Valence Nzigirimana, a night watchman at Kapiata Pump Station in Pacwa trading center in Pacwa Sub County in Kagadi district. Nzigirimana's was found dead this morning.
Eriya Bingi, the LC I chairperson, Pacwa trading center, says he received a call at 6am from the driver of a tipper truck registration number UAN 515/S, saying his truck that was parked at Kapiata Pump station had been vandalised.
The driver reportedly told Bingi the watchman, Nzigirimana was nowhere to be found. He says they embarked on the search for Nzigirimana only to find his body with stab wounds in the back.
According to Bingi, they immediately notified Pacwa Police post, which notified Kagadi Central Police Station. Joseph Ayesiga, the Officer in Charge Kagadi Central Police Station confirmed the incident, saying he was leading a team of officers to the scene.

Rukanyamwanda says she is currently stuck, since their friend who brought them to Kagadi dies early this year. By the time of filing this story, the body of the deceased was still lying in a sack at Pacwa trading center awaiting senior police officers from Kagadi to order for a postmortem.
