Bwa Rwenzururu-OBR Kingdom loyalists are gearing up for the 55th coronation
anniversary of King Charles Wesley Mumbere.
Kingdom dedicated this year’s anniversary to strengthening efforts towards
preserving the cultural heritage through environmental conservation.
On Thursday, the youths kicked off the coronation week and planted trees at the
royal hill in Base Camp Upper, Kasese Municipality.
Gad Kule whose father participated in the attainment of the cultural
institution told URN that this year’s event is an indication that OBR still
exists and its subjects are determined to see its progress.

engage in different activities.

to beautify Kasese and also conserve the environment.

The OBR Prime Minister Joseph Kule says that they were instructed by Mumbere to
organize events that will make the 55th coronation anniversary. He asked the Kingdom
subjects to support the coronation activities.
