Three Congolese Nationals held for murder in Kyenjojo

Three Congolese nationals have been arrested in Kyenjojo district for Murder.
The suspects are Lobbo Amis, Byaruhanga Christopher, and Abaffe Okabi all workers at Munobwa tea estates in Bugaki sub county Kyenjojo district. the trial is jointly accused with Joseph Makuru, a worker at the same company.
John Gahwa, the criminal investigations officer, says that the suspects were arrested in connection with the murder last week of Lawrence Kisembo.
According to the CID officer, the suspects attacked Kisembo just outside the tea factory on his way to the estate quarters. They hit him on the head using a hoe, accusing him of stealing their goat.
Kisembo's body was recovered on Saturday in a pool of blood covered with multiple wounds on the head.
Police says the Congolese nationals have been arrested on grounds that they were not in the estate quarters on the night of the incident.
