Unidentified
assailants have hacked to death a young man in Hoima municipality.
The deceased
has been identified as 22-year-old Brian Akugizibwe, a resident of Bwikya cell
in Bwikya ward in Mparo division of Hoima Municipality.

and dumped his body at his door steps.
His father, Francis Asaba found the
deceased’s lifeless body lying in a pool of blood this morning.
Asaba
says he last saw his son on Friday evening around 6pm but he was shocked to
find him lying dead on Saturday morning.
Julius Hakiza, the Albertine Region Police
spokesperson, says the postmortem indicates that the deceased succumbed to
excessive bleeding resulting from the injuries he sustained during the attack.
